In recent years, stories feature has been a must in all social media platforms. Even on a business-oriented social network such as LinkedIn, stories were quickly switched to feature.
LinkedIn is testing ads to make this feature more professional. Stories Ads feature was available to a limited number of advertisers with the beta version. LinkedIn plans to develop this feature and offer it to all advertisers. Measurements are being made with more than 600 advertisers on LinkedIn, which currently has more than 722 million users.
In these measurements, user clicks, views and cost analyzes are made against advertisements. LinkedIn has not yet shared numerical statistics on this topic. However, it was stated that LinkedIn ads will provide hundreds of thousands of new opportunities. LinkedIn will provide advertisers with detailed statistics about their posts.
The feature, which is currently being tested in beta, is expected to be widely available to advertisers by 2021.
