With Google’s review, new applications that steal Androd users’ Facebook data were detected. In audits by devices and servers, Google found that 25 apps accessed user data without permission.
These applications in different categories use the fishing line technique to steal user data. Thus, instead of doing what it promises, the user accesses Facebook data with malicious software in the background.
The fact that some of these applications have been in use for more than 1 year has caused Google to be ineffective in ensuring security. It is not yet known whether Google will receive an explanation for this length of time.
