With the technology developed at Purdue University, data can be transferred to the human body. For this, users will only need to wear wearable devices.
Data transfer period with the human body
A very interesting study was carried out by Panasonic in the past months. With this study, users who wore a special wristband could transfer data when their fingertips touch each other.
Researchers from Purdue University took this one step further. In the technology developed by Shereyas Sen and David Yang, users can transfer data through their bodies when wearing wearable devices. This technology uses low power electromagnetic waves for data transmission.
While digital data is kept securely, data transfer occurs only when in contact with the receiver. In this way, data security is also provided.
