Pulled from the smartphone industry, HTC targets the headset industry. HTC will enter the full wireless headset industry.
HTC is working for the headset industry
Offering very successful models in the smartphone industry for a period, HTC could not adapt to the frameless display trend. However, HTC had to withdraw from the smartphone industry.
Continuing to work for innovative technologies and accessories, HTC is targeting the headphone industry this time. HTC is getting ready to enter the full wireless headphones category, which is especially popular with models such as AirPods and FreeBuds, with the model named U Ear.
The certification applications for HTC U Ear, which is in a classical design and completely wireless, were started. HTC U Ear will charge with the case just like any other wireless headset. This case can be charged with USB Type-C.
The shared images only show black for HTC U Ear. However, no clear information has yet been shared on whether the headset will have other colors.
Also, details about features such as charging time and noise-canceling are unknown. HTC is scheduled to announce its first fully wireless headset in the summer of this year at the latest.
