Big companies continue to innovate these days when we stay at home. Slack and Amazon announced they were doing a major integration innovation yesterday afternoon. According to this agreement, the company will use Amazon Chime for voice communication.
Also, according to this agreement, Slack will reiterate its commitment to using Amazon Web Services (AWS), the cloud provider in which it has its infrastructure. At the same time, Amazon agreed to use Slack for internal communication.
“Some departments of Amazon had already started using Slack before, but it will be offered to all employees as a communication option for the first time,” an Amazon spokesman told TechCrunch.
This agreement between Slack and Amazon will play an important role in the development of both companies. In addition, it is still unclear whether Microsoft, the strongest rival of AWS, will make a counter-move.
