Revue, one of the best companies in the e-newsletter, was acquired by Twitter. Twitter announced that Revue will continue to serve.
What’s planning with Twitter Revue?
Netherlands-based Revue has achieved great success with its e-newsletter service. Revue, which earned subscription fees from content publishers, also enabled publishers to earn money through their newsletters.
Twitter announced its acquisition of the platform, following the rising success of Revue. Mike Park, one of the top executives of Twitter, stated that this acquisition will speed up the information retrieval process in line with people’s interests.
However, it was announced that all features in Revue Pro are now free for users, and the cuts in paid newsletters have been reduced to 5 percent. In this way, publishers will be able to earn more revenue from their newsletters while accessing all features.
How much Twitter paid for this purchase has not yet been announced.
